To use IntakePal, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

Pricing

IntakePal is offered at $179.99 per month with a 7-day free trial. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Service continues until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months
• You may export your data before cancellation

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to purchased lists
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

IntakePal and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IntakePal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. By using IntakePal, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data as necessary to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

IntakePal is a technology platform and does not provide legal advice. The AI-generated case summaries and lead scores are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal assessments.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTAKEPAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IntakePal, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Messages sent through the platform on your behalf

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
